Financial accountability. Transparency. Community Safety
The state of our local, state, and federal government is more than I can idly sit and watch from the comfort of my home. At all levels, regardless of political affiliation, people are unhappy with how elected officials operate, and the lack of respect and decorum that exists.
It seems as if many elected officials have lost focus on representing their constituents in an open, honest, and respectful manner and most importantly – doing the people’s business.
Fiscal restraint, regional planning, no wasted taxes.
Open dialogue, public input, clear decision-making
Protect residents, support services and amenities.
Civil debate, mutual respect, common-ground results.

“There are few individuals within the State of Ohio that have managed to obtain the training, education and experience at the local, state and national levels relating to fire service operations and management. He has a wealth of experience and has learned extensively from both his successes and his trials and tribulations. I have always found him to be straightforward, honorable, and willing to act professionally at all times. While Mr. Fulmer has had his critics (as does any person in a leadership position), I have never found any of the criticisms to be with merit.”

“I’ve known David since 1993. He brings a wealth of training, education, and operational leadership—having co-chaired national IAFC work and taught widely—and he is always straightforward, honorable, and professional.”

“I’ve worked with David for 25 years on national and international IAFC projects. His leadership on IAFC ribbon reports, completion of the Executive Fire Officer program, and selection as an IAFC Harvard Fellow demonstrate his expertise, judgment, and ability to tackle complex issues. I strongly recommend him”
